A lockdown drill was just conducted with the Sheriff’s Department at the school and has been released.

The baseball and softball game versus North Adams has been cancelled for today, and have been rescheduled for 5-1 . Furthermore, the Junior High Track Meet has cancelled as well.

Just a reminder that we have a home JH track meet tonight starting at 4:30. The JH track team will be going to Mr. Clark's room directly after school to get ready for the track meet. If you have any questions please let me know.

The bus for the JH track meet tomorrow will leave at 2:55 p.m. weather permitting. The track meet is being held at Hillsdale High School. The Field Events will start at 4:00 p.m. and the Running events will start at 5:30 p.m. Reminder, this is an invitational so not all athletes will be competing tomorrow. All JH track athletes are welcome to dress in uniform, ride the bus, and get in free. Please be mindful of the weather. You must run in the uniform I passed out, but I would recommend wearing black long-sleeves and leggings or sweat pants under your uniform for warmth. Your hooded sweatshirt should be worn over your uniform. Please layer after that and be appropriately dressed for the cold. There will be a sign-out sheet for parents who choose to take their child home rather than ride the bus back to school after the meet. If you have any questions, please contact me at 517-306-0809.

*Early Dismissal*
Due to a power pole being hit this morning the school is without power in certain areas and we do not have water. Therefore, we are having to send students back home. They will be dismissed at 8:45 am. We are currently bringing our bus drivers back in and will be dismissing shortly. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.
We will be holding a second round of Kindergarten Registration on May 13th from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Today's boys and girls varsity track meet at Reading has been cancelled due to the last nights rains that has caused flooding around the track facilities. Both teams will practice at 3 pm.

The Pittsford Trap Team will host its first practice this Sunday, March 30th at 4 pm. Practice will be held at 4 pm at the Hillsdale County Conservation Club on March 30th. We hope to see you there!
