As many of you know there is a heat advisory in effect for tomorrow beginning at 11 a.m. The forecast is predicting the heat index to reach 105. With that being said, Pittsford Area Schools will have a half day tomorrow, August 24th. We will dismiss students at 11:10 a.m.
HACC students will still attend the career center tomorrow morning. Their bus will leave at 7:45 and return prior to dismissal.

Reminder that Junior High football practice for any 6th, 7th, & 8th grade boy that is interested starts Wednesday August 23rd after school and will run until approximately 5 pm. Reminder: students must have a new health physical on file in order to participate.

Please join us for a COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP of the school grounds on SATURDAY, AUGUST 12th from 8-10 a.m. Please meet in front of the school. We will be pulling weeds, trimming trees, and readying the playground and the Senior Rock for the kids. Bring gloves, garden tools and rakes. Hope to see you there!

There will be another round of Flag Football and cheerleading sign-ups for grades 3-6 at the Open House on August 17th, from 4-6 p.m. by the big gym.

Sign-ups for Flag Football and Cheerleading for students in grades 3-6 will take place on Thursday, August 3rd from 6-7:30 p.m at the elementary playground pavilion. Any student in 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th grade who is interested in playing flag football or being a cheerleader should attend.

The Wildcat Bass Fishing Club has been busy this summer! They have already fished in three tournaments and have their next tournament on July 23rd from 5-8 pm at Bird Lake. This is an excellent opportunity for our students to get out and have some fun during the summer months. The club is for students in grades 6-12. Thank you to our student participants, Mr. Butler and the other volunteer coaches for making our first season a huge success!
Thanks again to the community for supporting our sinking fund that gave us the ability to refinish the gym floors and complete other necessary updates to our district. It takes a village!
Reminder that the Wildcat Football camp will start 7/5 and run on 7/6, 7, 7, 7/10 & 7/11. it will run from 6-9 pm and is for all Athletes in grades 9-12.
