HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PRACTICE (grades 9-12): starts •Monday, August 12th 6-9pm. Any one that is interested is more than welcome. Make sure you have an updated physical on file prior to the August 12th.

Anyone in grades in 6 through 12 interested in participating in Cross Country there will be practice from 9 am to 10 am starting August 12th until school starts when it will move to 3 pm to 4:30 pm. Coach Smith

*UPDATE* The Community Action Agencies Snack & Splash event at Pittsford Area Schools has been rescheduled for next Tuesday, August 13th from 1:00-3:00.

Wildcat Athletes. Reminder that all fall athletes will need to have a physical on file with the office in order to start fall practices and participate in games. August is here and the start of fall sports is just 1 week away. Go Wildcats! Mr Burger

Community Action Agency is hosting a Snack & Splash event at Pittsford Area Schools for local families with children who are preschool aged or younger. We hope to see you there!

HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS (grades 9-12): •Monday, August 12th 5:30-8pm •Tuesday, August 13th 5:30-8pm •Wednesday, August 14th 5:30-8pm •Thursday, August 15th 6-8pm •Friday, August 16th 6-8pm •Beginning Monday, August 19th we will begin after school practice time of 3-5:30pm *Make sure you have an updated physical on file prior to the August 12th.

All girls in grades 6-8 who are interested in playing volleyball, please remember there are Open Gym times on 7/17, 7/18 and 7/22 from 4:30 - 6 p.m. JV/Varsity Open Gym times are 7/17 and 7/18 from 6-8 p.m. Scrimmages are on 7/22 and 7/25. Reminder that all traffic this week will need to go to the front of the school and enter through the main doors under the pillars.

Congratulations to Jenna Dickey for qualifying for and competing in the USA High School Clay Target League National Championship! She shot 87/100 clay targets and competed against 1,800 other competitors from across the country. Jenna was one of the youngest athletes there, qualifying as a 7th grader. Great job Jenna! Pittsford Area Schools is proud of your accomplishments!

Just a quick reminder that Football camp for all Pittsford Wildcat boys in grades 9-12 begins at the conclusion of dead week on Sunday (7/7) at 6-9. There is no cost!

Pittsford Area Schools would like to express our deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the brave officer who lost his life yesterday protecting our community. Thank you for keeping us safe and your heroism will never be forgotten. Thank you to all emergency personnel and police officers who put their lives at risk every day to protect us. Your dedication goes beyond the call of duty and we are forever grateful for your service. The entire Hillsdale County Sheriff's Department is in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Come out and support the cross country and track teams this Saturday, June 29th at Pittsford Area Schools. They will be hosting a 5k and 10k run/walk on the cross country course behind the school. The 10k run/walk starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 5k run/walk begins at 9:00 a.m. We hope to see you there!

Pittsford Trap Team had strong performances at the state championship on Saturday! The Varsity trap shooters placed 22nd out of 65 schools. Ethan Pickford earned a 25 straight patch. Jenna Dickey finished 19th overall in the girls division and will be heading to Nationals on July 13th in Mason, MI . The Novice Team took 3rd place and had 3 novice shooters finish in the top 15. David Joice finished 11th, Lizzie Bump finished 12th and Mayci Revers finished 15th. Great job to all of our shooters and coaches!

The Athletic department is looking for some one who is interested in running the clock during home football games. If you are this person please feel free to contact Mr Burger.

The "store" will be open tonight from 4 - 7 p.m. Enter through the kindergarten door in the back of the elementary school to pick yours up today! 5 gallon tubs of liquid laundry soap and liquid dish soap are on sale for $38. Laundry pods, scent beads and dishwasher gel packs are on sale for $45.
